As a Supply Chain and Subcontracts Graduate you will reside in the Supply Chain Management Capability with a foremost role in the subcontracts team under the supervision of a Manager / team lead and other personnel supporting activities such as: Integrating program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
This includes the preparation, negotiation, and execution of commercially sound subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal Boeing processes and policies Monitor and track subcontractor performance, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and milestones and maintain accurate records of subcontracts, correspondence, and reports Identify and mitigate risks associated with subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and project requirements and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Support the invoicing and payment processes related to subcontracts, ensuring timely and accurate payments Communicate effectively with industry and subcontractors, internal stakeholders, and senior team members, fostering positive relationships and collaboration through clear communication and transparency Your attitude, motivation,



willingness to learn and ability to self-task under supervision will determine your success in our team!
Education Applicants must hold a tertiary degree qualification in Business, Commerce or Law (or have an anticipated graduation date before January ****) Eligibility Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
