VPS 4 Level role About Our Client This role is within the Public Sector, located in Docklands.
Job Description Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
Assist in workforce planning and employee relations matters.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Prepare reports and analyse HR data to support decision-making.
Collaborate with managers to address performance management needs.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
The Successful Applicant A successful People Advisor should have: Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation.




Experience in providing HR advice and support in the Public Sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using HR systems and tools.
Attention to detail and solid organisational abilities.
The ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
What's on Offer Hourly rate of $63 - $72 per hour plus super Temporary position with potential for varied responsibilities.
