What You'll Be Doing - Administering and supporting Cisco Call Manager and broader telephony systems - Managing and maintaining ESX virtualisation and NetApp storage environments - Supporting and troubleshooting networking and Wi-Fi infrastructure - Contributing to disaster recovery planning and testing - Assisting with Hybrid to Entra migration projects What We're Looking For - Hands-on experience with Cisco Call Manager - Strong ESX and NetApp administration skills - General telephony support experience - Solid networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting capability - Disaster recovery planning/testing experience (preferred) - Exposure to Hybrid to Entra migrations (advantageous) - Availability for an immediate or urgent start What's On Offer - North Perth-based role, urgent start available - Prospect to support critical infrastructure within the aged care sector - Engagement with a business that values technical depth and reliability Ready to make a move?
