Bonus Winning new work can receive 15% of annual fees personally Hybrid work arrangements Diverse and technically interesting client base In this role, you'll: Lead and grow a high-performing R D Tax practice within the Sydney market Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of clients undertaking technical, scientific, and high-impact commercial projects Provide strategic oversight across engagements from early-stage eligibility through to submission and advisory delivery Drive business development initiatives and expand market presence across key industries Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships Mentor and develop Managers and senior team members, fostering a collaborative leadership culture Stay ahead of legislative and policy developments,



contributing to firm-wide strategy and capability building Work closely with national leadership to shape growth initiatives and service offerings Your Background We re seeking someone who brings: 10+ years experience in R D Tax, innovation incentives, or related advisory services Demonstrated experience operating at Director, Associate Partner, or Partner level Strong business development capability with a track record of winning work Qualifications in Engineering, Science, IT, Accounting, Law, or similar Exceptional stakeholder management and commercial advisory skills Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams A strategic, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to drive practice expansion Why Join?
