Skillinvest's Building and Construction area is seeking a Cert IV qualified Trainer and Assessor to join our team in ****.
Delivering the Certificate IV in Building and Construction CPC***** in an online/virtual classroom, 2 evenings per week.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Deliver high quality training to students Prepare for and deliver training and assessment services in accordance with Skillinvest's RTO policies and procedures Adjust/develop flexible teaching and learning strategies to assist students to successfully complete course outcomes Maintain currency of knowledge in relevant training packages and vocational industry Be able to work and contribute to part of a team and work autonomously as required Develop strong relationships with students, staff and other stakeholders IS THIS YOU?




Certificate IV Building Construction qualification or higher Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Building and Construction Industry TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) Current Employee Working with Children Check and Police Check You must have a strong customer focus and a willingness to work as part of a growing team, in a fast-paced environment.
You should enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with people new to the industry and can create flexible assessment tools according to Workplace conditions and Training Package standards.
