Project Services Sydney Contract 6 month contract with opportunity to extend Key focus is on delivery, adoption, solution optimisation and working closely w Our client is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a Quality Automation Operations Centre of Excellence, supporting the adoption, optimisation and continuous improvement of intelligent testing and release automation across technology squads.
This is a hands-on role focused on helping technology squads get greater value from existing automation solutions.
You'll work closely with squads, automation engineers and technical stakeholders to understand what is working, identify where improvements are needed, prioritise enhancements and support the delivery of solutions at scale.
There is a key focus is on delivery, adoption, solution optimisation and working closely with technical teams to make sure automation capabilities are practical, effective and delivering value.
Pay rate: $770 p/d + super Contract duration: 6 months with scope to extend Work type: 2 days in office per week (CBD and GWS locations) What you'll be doing Work across technology squads to understand their automation needs, priorities and delivery requirements Own and manage the backlog of automation work, ensuring priorities are agreed and delivery is progressing Work closely with Automation Engineers to plan and coordinate delivery across multiple squads Identify where existing automation solutions need to be fixed, enhanced or optimised, and drive these improvements through to delivery Support squads with the adoption of Intelligent Testing and Release Automation,



helping remove blockers and improve usage Manage delivery risks, dependencies and competing priorities across multiple squads Coordinate day-to-day delivery activity across the automation workstream and ensure key actions are followed through Work with technical stakeholders to understand issues and translate them into practical solutions and improvements Use adoption and delivery data to identify where further support or optimisation is required Help scale automation solutions across the organisation and ensure they continue to deliver business value What we're looking for Senior Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst experience within a technology environment Experience working with technology squads and engineering teams in an Agile environment Strong backlog management, prioritisation and delivery experience across multiple workstreams Experience driving adoption, optimisation or continuous improvement of technology solutions Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across technical teams and senior stakeholders A practical, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills Experience across automation, testing, DevOps, CI/CD or release management would be highly regarded Strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment The opportunity This is an opportunity to join a growing technology CoE and play a key role in scaling automation across a large enterprise workplace.
