14th September, **** IT Support Network Intern Location: Melbourne, VIC Type: Unpaid Internship | 3 Days per Week Duration: 12 Weeks Start: Immediate Gain Hands-On IT Support Networking Experience We are looking for a motivated IT Support Network Intern to join its Melbourne-based IT team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an IT student or recent graduate looking to gain practical Australian experience in technical support, networking, Microsoft 365, cloud solutions and IT infrastructure while working alongside experienced IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities Assist with Level 1 IT support and troubleshooting Support hardware, software and network-related issues Assist with desktop, laptop and device configuration Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, connectivity and basic network issues Support Microsoft 365 and user account administration Assist with installation and configuration of IT equipment Gain exposure to servers, firewalls and network infrastructure Assist with onsite and remote technical support Document technical issues, resolutions and IT procedures Support the IT team with ongoing client and infrastructure projects Skills Requirement s Studying or recently completed IT, Computer Science, Networking, Cybersecurity or a related qualification Understanding of Windows environments and Microsoft 365 Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,



LAN/WAN and networking fundamentals Positive understanding of computer hardware and software Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and customer service skills Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, firewalls, switches, routers or cloud technologies will be highly regarded.
