The Job Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the workflow of CAD and CAM projects from initial customer enquiry through to production.

Allocating CAD work to internal and external drafting resources.
Coordinating communication between customers, CAD drafters, CAM operators, and production teams.
Monitoring job progress, following up on revisions, approvals, and production timelines.
Maintaining accurate job records and documentation within internal systems.
Identifying opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and support continuous process improvement.
You This role is suited to an experienced jeweller looking to transition from a hands-on bench role into a broader operational or project coordination position — leveraging your industry expertise while advancing your career.

Strong computer and administrative skills, or a genuine willingness to build on them.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple jobs simultaneously.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the confidence to liaise with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
