We are seeking experienced Registered Nurse for our Berwick home to work Casual shifts.
This role if for After hours in charge night duty.
About your role: As a Registered Nurse , you will work at the frontline with our residents where you will support positive outcomes for our residents.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring our residents well-being and delivering care is to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities:



Co-ordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures Secure administration of medication Maintaining clinical documentation Adhere to national standards and legal requirements Engage with residents on a daily basis About you: Experience and best practice from previous Nursing roles within Australia (Aged Care environment, highly desired) Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously Proactive approach to your work A genuine interest in elderly care and the desire to improve the lives of our residents Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and supervise others, as well as to engage with our residents Knowledge of computerised nursing care plans Ability to work a mix of varying shifts Essential Requirements: NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance Proof of Work rights in Australia Current AHPRA Nursing Regulation Culture and Benefits Learning
