Job Description What will you be doing?
In this role you will help to maintain the building, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings, using safe working practices, protecting the asset and ensuring it remains a functional, pleasant and safe workplace for all customers both internal / external.
You will be managing a small team and working closely with the General Manager and hotel leadership team on daily maintenance needs and projects.
Qualifications Your Skills and experience include: Previous experience working on the maintenance of hotels, fixed plant and equipment systems.
Relevant license certification Knowledge of preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance strategies.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Used to working as part of a small team.
Self-motivated person who takes a proactive approach to work and is punctual and reliable.
Ability to accommodate flexibility with shifts.
