Position: Technical Sales representative nec Position type: Full time 45 hours per week Salary: $96,****** per year plus superannuation Location: Menai NSW **** Pearl Seafood is looking for a reliable and motivated Technical Sales Representative NEC to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical sales support, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop prospective business clients through industry directories, market research, referrals and other relevant sources.
2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services, competitor offerings, industry developments and prevailing market conditions.
3. Engage with existing and prospective business clients through meetings, site visits and ongoing communication to identify and pursue recent sales opportunities.
4. Evaluate client requirements and provide appropriate recommendations regarding products and services that best meet their operational and commercial needs.
5. Monitor changes in customer requirements, purchasing trends,



competitor activities and broader market developments, and communicate relevant findings to sales management.
6. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and credit arrangements, finalise sales agreements and accurately record customer orders and associated documentation.
7. Coordinate the delivery of products, installation of equipment and provision of associated services to ensure customer requirements and agreed timeframes are met.
8. Provide regular updates to sales management regarding sales performance, client activity, market demand and the commercial viability of products and services.
9. Maintain ongoing relationships with clients following completion of sales, confirm satisfaction with products and services provided, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
10. Prepare periodic sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, orders and business-related expenses.
Requirements: - A bachelor degree or - 5 years of work experience
