Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Systems Analyst to join a technology team supporting critical enterprise systems within a complex healthcare environment.
You'll provide technical and functional support across key systems, working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors and technology teams to ensure systems remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose.
About the Role Provide technical and functional support across critical enterprise healthcare applications.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to coordinate system maintenance, upgrades and issue resolution.
Manage system configuration, optimisation, regression testing and change activities.
Contribute to technology projects as a subject matter expert.
Support system availability, performance, cybersecurity, business continuity and disaster recovery.
Identify opportunities to improve systems and service delivery.
About You You will ideally bring:



Proven experience supporting enterprise systems within healthcare.
Experience with Electronic Medical Record / patient management systems.
Experience supporting digital imaging systems, such as PACS and VNA.
Solid understanding of patient management and digital imaging workflows.
Strong understanding of ITIL-based service management.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Healthcare integration standards including HL7, FHIR and DICOM.
Public health experience.
ITIL certification.
