What You'll Be Doing Source, screen, and interview suitable candidates for vacancies Coordinate candidate onboarding, compliance,



and recruitment documentation Allocate shifts and assist with employee rostering requirements Conduct reference checks and maintain accurate candidate records Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients Provide administrative support and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process About You Previous experience in a customer service role or nursing/healthcare environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities A professional and positive attitude Solid attention to detail Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office applications The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities A genuine interest in Human Resources and Recruitment Apply now!
