Process Analysis Improvement Contract Opportunity An exciting prospect exists for an experienced Process Analyst to join a major enterprise transformation program supporting the implementation of new Service Management capabilities within a complex environment.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, architects and delivery teams to analyse, document and optimise end-to-end business processes across key operational domains.
Responsibilities Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.
Analyse and document current and future state processes.
Develop process maps and business documentation using Visio.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.
Support business process validation, testing and user acceptance activities.
Collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.




Contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives involving operational process redesign.
Key Requirements: Proven Process Analyst, Business Analyst or Process Improvement experience.
Strong telecommunications industry experience.
Solid process modelling and documentation capability using Visio.
Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement expertise.
Experience supporting transformation or system implementation programs.
Active NV1 security clearance .
Highly Desirable ServiceNow experience.
FSM, TSM or SOMT exposure.
Telecommunications transformation program experience.
Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks.
