What You Will Be Doing Supporting the Site Systems and Training Team with daily administrative tasks Maintaining employee training records and competency documentation Scheduling training courses, inductions, and refresher programs Assisting with onboarding requirements for employees and contractors Monitoring compliance within site training management systems Preparing training reports and workforce competency records Liaising with site departments, trainers, and supervisors to coordinate training activities Maintaining accurate documentation and records in accordance with site requirements What You Will Need Previous administration experience in a mining, training, or industrial environment Strong computer skills,



including Microsoft Office Suite Experience with training management systems highly regarded Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Current Driver's Licence, Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical What's in it for you?
