About the role Coffee Complex is an established Australian coffee equipment retailer and service centre, supplying coffee machines, grinders, accessories and related products to residential and commercial customers.
We are seeking a creative and commercially focused Marketing Content Creator to join our team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and producing engaging digital and visual content that supports our marketing strategy, strengthens our brand presence and promotes our products and services across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities Research and identify target audiences, market trends and customer interests to support the development of relevant marketing content.
Develop and implement content strategies and content calendars aligned with the company's marketing objectives and brand positioning.
Create original written, photographic, video and graphic content for social media, websites, email marketing, digital advertising and other marketing channels.
Plan, script, photograph, film and edit engaging promotional and educational content showcasing the company's products, services and brand.
Develop copy and creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product promotions, social media posts, blogs, newsletters and website content.
Manage and maintain consistent brand messaging, tone of voice and visual presentation across digital and traditional marketing materials.
Plan and coordinate social media content across relevant platforms and develop initiatives to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
Create and update website content, including product, promotional and educational material, with consideration of SEO and customer engagement.




Collaborate with internal staff and external partners to develop content for product launches, promotions, events and other marketing initiatives.
Monitor content, website and campaign performance using relevant analytics tools and evaluate audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Analyse performance data and audience feedback to identify opportunities and refine future content and marketing strategies.
Keep up to date with emerging digital platforms, content formats, social media trends and developments relevant to the company's target market.
Qualifications and Experience The successful applicant will have: A Bachelor degree or higher qualification in marketing, communications, media, design or a relevant field; At least one year of highly relevant professional experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media, marketing communications or a closely related role; Demonstrated experience creating high-quality written, photographic, video and graphic content for digital platforms; Robust understanding of social media platforms, digital content strategy and audience engagement; Experience with photography, videography, video editing and graphic design; Sound understanding of website content management, SEO, email marketing and digital analytics; Strong written communication, copywriting and storytelling skills; Ability to interpret marketing and audience data and use insights to improve content performance; Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines; and Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, Meta platforms and other relevant content creation and digital marketing tools will be highly regarded.
