The Job: Working closely with experienced digital specialists and senior team members, this role is designed as a genuine development opportunity for someone wanting to build a long term career across SEO, Google Ads, content and digital campaign delivery.
As a junior member of the team, the successful candidate will initially contribute across a broad range of practical marketing activity while learning how client campaigns are developed, delivered and improved within an agency environment.
This will include a meaningful content component, alongside growing exposure to search, paid advertising, analytics and campaign performance.
Key areas of involvement will include: Writing and refining SEO informed website copy, blogs and Google ad copy Supporting website content updates and on page SEO activity Assisting with Mailchimp campaigns and selected social media content Conducting keyword research and competitor analysis Supporting the setup and ongoing management of Google Ads campaigns Assisting with campaign monitoring, analytics and reporting Supporting Google Business Profile management and local search activity Contributing across broader digital marketing campaigns and project delivery Working collaboratively with the wider agency team and contributing wherever support is required Over time,



the role will provide increasing exposure to the more technical and analytical aspects of SEO, Google Ads, optimisation and performance reporting.
It isn't a narrowly technical SEO position, however, and will best suit someone who enjoys understanding the data behind campaign performance while remaining equally willing to write content, learn different platforms and contribute across the practical work required to deliver strong client outcomes.
