This role coordinates recruitment, onboarding, registration, rotations and workforce initiatives, working closely with medical leaders, internal teams and health service partners.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute to workforce projects, strengthen recruitment pathways and partnerships, and help deliver a positive experience for our junior doctors while supporting a capable, sustainable workforce and high-quality patient care.

Bendigo Health has around **** staff and a catchment area covering a quarter of the size of Victoria.

Your New Division The People and Culture Division supports managers, staff and volunteers working at Bendigo Health through a range of services including workforce planning, resourcing strategies, employee relations, industrial relations, learning education and development (LEAD)



and workplace health and safety The staff in the Division of People and Culture provide support and advice in line with our strategic goals and objectives of empowering our people and providing a positive work workplace for staff and volunteers where they feel valued, safe and supported to work together in delivering excellent care and services.
