Key Responsibilities: Manage service desk operations, prioritising, resolving and escalating support tickets.
Coordinate incident escalation procedures, providing timely support for complex technical issues.
Administer hardware, software and business applications to maintain system availability and operational performance.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn from feedback and collaborate with peers.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge capture as part of delivery activities.
Key Requirements: 6-18 months of proven experience in a similar IT Service Desk or Technical Support role.




Proven experience working within Microsoft Suite; Active Directory, Intune, SharePoint, Entra ID, etc.
Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong enthusiasm for technology and a demonstrated commitment to learning and development.
The ability to work independently, while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
