Job description Care Manager – Residential Aged Care Looking for experience Aged Care Nurses looking to relocate Seeking a Care Manager to lead clinical and care delivery across established residential aged care facility in the Central Coast.
These roles carry responsibility for both clinical oversight and day-to-day operational performance, with a focus on driving quality outcomes, maintaining compliance and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Each site is supported by additional leadership and quality resources, allowing focus on team leadership, governance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight across care delivery Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and care teams Monitor quality indicators,
