We're looking for a
Technical Sales Engineer
who can understand what a customer needs, translate it into a practical engineering solution and work with our production team to bring it to life.

We produce precision-engineered parts, equipment and machinery components for customers across Australia and internationally.
Our capabilities also include fully assembled and painted fabrications, equipment overhauls and refurbishment services.
This means you'll gain exposure to varied customers, complex challenges and interesting projects not the same job on repeat.
The Opportunity
Working closely with our Business Development Manager and Production Manager, you'll support projects from the initial customer enquiry through to delivery.
You'll be involved in:
Speaking with customers to understand their technical requirements
Reviewing drawings,



specifications and project scopes
Preparing accurate quotes and responding to sales enquiries
Sourcing materials and coordinating project requirements
Scheduling work and monitoring project progress
Building robust, long-term customer relationships
Working with production to ensure solutions are practical and achievable
Who Could Be a Great Fit?
A
graduate mechanical engineer
looking for hands-on industry exposure and a pathway into technical sales, project coordination and business development; or
An
experienced CNC machinist
ready to step off the tools and use your practical knowledge to build a professional, customer-focused career.
Either way, you'll need to be technically curious, confident communicating with different people and comfortable taking ownership of your work.
You'll ask good questions, follow through on commitments and enjoy finding practical solutions.
Previous sales experience would be helpful, but it isn't essential.
We're more interested in your technical foundation, attitude and willingness to learn.
