Endeavour Group is seeking a proactive Safety, Health & Wellbeing Lead to drive a holistic safety culture across Victoria and Tasmania. You will partner with retail and hospitality teams to prevent incidents, ensure compliance, and embed health and wellbeing strategies in daily operations.

You will travel across sites, lead investigations, coach teams, and deliver WHS training while aligning with regulatory requirements and the group's safety management system.
