We're on the lookout for a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team and take ownership of social media strategy, content and performance across a wide range of clients and industries. This is a strategic, hands‐on role for someone who knows social inside and out, loves creating great content, and gets excited by turning ideas and insights into measurable results.

So, the job.
n
You'll be responsible for three core pillars:
n
Social Media Strategy, Content Creation, and Performance & Optimisation.
n
n
Develop platform-specific social media strategies aligned with client objectives and campaign goals.
n
Identify the right social channels - including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok - to achieve different marketing objectives.
n
Plan and execute social campaigns that work alongside our broader content and marketing strategies.
n
Create high-quality, platform-specific content including static creative, copy, video capture and editing.
n
Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery across social platforms.
n
Adapt content, messaging and creative formats to suit different platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
n
Collaborate with design, copywriting, strategy and paid media teams to repurpose assets and deliver cohesive campaigns.
n
Stay on top of platform algorithms, trends, updates and emerging opportunities to keep clients ahead of the game.
n
Monitor KPIs including reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, click‐through rates, website traffic and conversions.
n
Test different content formats, messaging, posting times and creative to understand what resonates with each audience.
n
Analyse performance data and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
n
Report on social performance and demonstrate how activity is contributing to client objectives.
n
Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment.
n
Strong knowledge of major social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
n
Experience using social media management and scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout or Later.
n
Strong content creation skills,
including static design using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite or similar.
n
Experience writing engaging social media copy with a strong understanding of tone and brand voice.
n
Proven experience capturing and editing video content.
n
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn it into actionable insights.
n
Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple client accounts at once.
n
Strong communication and copywriting skills - you're great with people and even better with words.
n
Strategic thinking and the ability to connect social media opportunities with broader client business goals.
