The Role
n
We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of performance marketing and e-commerce growth across two growing brands.
n
This is a great prospect for an experienced agency marketer looking to move in-house, or a performance marketer ready to take greater ownership of commercial results.
n
You'll be responsible for Google & Meta, Shopify, CRO, lead generation and campaign performance, working closely with social and web specialists.
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
6+ years' digital marketing experience
n
Strong hands‐on Google Ads & Meta Ads experience
n
Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets
n
Strong e‐commerce / Shopify experience
n
Solid understanding of ROAS, CAC, conversion & attribution
n
Experience with CRM/email automation (HubSpot highly regarded)
n
Confident using AI as part of your everyday workflow
n

What You'll Do
n

Own and optimise Google & Meta campaigns across significant budgets
n
Drive e-commerce growth through Shopify, CRO and landing pages
n
Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, conversion and lead quality
n
Build HubSpot email campaigns and automations
n
Improve the customer journey from ad → conversion → sale
n
Use AI and automation to improve efficiency and performance
