AMA Group's AMA Collision is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Australia. You'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our site, delivering frontline service and coordinating repair progress.
You will keep customers informed on repair timelines, handle calls and emails, and support inventory and insurance liaison. This permanent, 40-hour-per-week role offers stability, training, and opportunities to grow within AMA Group's national network.
