What You'll Do

Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and ongoing support

Partner with clients to optimise their digital marketing products and maximise campaign performance
n
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver positive customer outcomes
n
Investigate and resolve client questions and technical issues using available systems and resources
n
Provide clear, timely, and solution-focused support

Handle objections and challenging conversations with professionalism and confidence

Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and strengthen client retention
