Job Description
Mars Snacking in Melbourne is seeking a Demand Planner to join the high-performing Demand Planning team. This role collaborates with Sales, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, and Strategic Demand teams to align forecast with production and customer needs.

You'll use planning systems and BI to turn data into actionable insights, manage short-term demand signals (0–6 weeks), and drive improvements through streamlined processes and stakeholder alignment.
