I am working closely with a well-established and growing commercial construction company who are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their Brisbane team.
The business has a strong pipeline of work across commercial, education, industrial and multi-residential projects, with a number of exciting projects already secured and more in the pipeline.
This is a great opportunity for a CA who wants to join a business that is going through a significant period of growth, with plenty of opportunity to progress your career as the company continues to expand.
The role:
Manage subcontractor packages from procurement through to final account
Prepare and administering contracts
Progress claims, variations and EOTs
Cost tracking, forecasting and reporting
Procurement and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers




Managing contractual correspondence and documentation
Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered successfully
Building robust relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients
About You:
3+ years' experience in a Contracts Administrator role
Experience across commercial construction, with exposure to commercial, education, industrial or multi-residential projects
Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, variations and cost management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
The ability to manage multiple packages and deadlines
A proactive approach and the ambition to progress
