The business specializes in delivering MS Teams and Zoom meeting rooms for corporate and government clients.
About the role
You will be the go-to person working onsite with a specific client providing support for platforms and hardware.
Resolving support issues, liaising with vendors, & troubleshooting where required.
Requirements
Experience supporting Microsoft Teams / Zoom environments
Worked across corporate/enterprise clients
Support and troubleshooting skill set
Hands on capabilities - this can be learnt
Bonus
$100,000 +Super
