We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support our growing project delivery team on a major industrial construction project in Western Australia.
About the Role
This is a site-based role working on a FIFO roster supporting day-to-day project administration in a quick-paced construction environment.
Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll play an important role in workforce coordination, mobilisation support, reporting, compliance administration, and general project support.
You'll be a central point of contact for employees and stakeholders, helping to ensure project administration processes are maintained efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team.
Coordinate workforce administration activities including timekeeping, roster coordination, leave administration, and personnel record maintenance.
Assist with mobilisation, demobilisation, travel, and accommodation coordination.
Maintain project registers, workforce reports, and documentation to a high standard of accuracy.
Support site compliance, onboarding documentation, and workforce administration processes.
Liaise with internal teams, construction supervision, and site personnel to support smooth workforce coordination.
Assist with monthly reporting and general project administration activities.
Support timesheet and payroll-related inputs to ensure accurate processing.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project administration processes and Systems.

About you
2-4 years' experience in a Project Administrator, Site Administrator, or similar role within construction, mining, oil & gas, or a major project environment.
Strong organisational skills with a natural eye for detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working in a busy environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a calm and methodical manner.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels.
High level of competency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Confident learning new systems and adapting to project-specific processes.
Proactive attitude and a genuine drive to contribute to both project outcomes and personal development.
Experience supporting FIFO workforce logistics is highly regarded
