Our client in Australia is seeking a Dayforce Configuration Consultant to own end-to-end configuration for scheduling, rostering, time & attendance, and pay rules across a large blue-collar workforce.
The role demands deep, sustained technical ownership and the ability to implement complex EBA/EA-driven configurations.
You will collaborate with Payroll, HR and operations, guiding upgrades, testing and deployment while maintaining compliance and minimizing disruption for a 24/7 workforce.
