OVERVIEW Care Plus Training Pty Ltd is seeking an International Marketing Coordinator focused on student recruitment across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
Based at NTA's Burwood campus in Sydney, this position supports the growth of international student enrolments through market development, agent engagement, recruitment events, and marketing activities.
The role includes responsibility for developing partnerships, generating qualified leads, and helping prospective students understand course offerings and admission requirements.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies for the Philippines and Southeast Asia
Identify, appoint and manage high-quality education agents
Build strong relationships with agents, students and industry partners
Generate qualified student enquiries and convert them into applications and enrolments
Conduct agent presentations, information sessions and online webinars
Coordinate digital and social-media campaigns for target markets
Develop market-appropriate promotional content
Monitor agent performance, lead conversion and enrolment results
Maintain accurate records in NTA's CRM and provide regular performance reports
Represent NTA at education fairs, agent events and industry activities
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in international student recruitment, education marketing or business development
Solid knowledge of the Philippines international education market
Established relationships with reputable education agents in the Philippines




Experience recruiting students for an Australian RTO, CRICOS provider, university, college or education agency
Proven record of achieving student recruitment or sales targets
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong presentation, relationship-management and negotiation skills
Experience using digital marketing, social media and CRM systems
