As our Social Content Creator, you'll be the day-to-day owner of your clients' social presence - setting the content strategy, managing the relationship and turning polished footage from our in-house content team into fast, native content across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok (on occasion).
You'll also pick up your phone to capture reactive, on-the-ground moments yourself: site visits, display suite walk-throughs, behind-the-scenes and trend clips.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-4 years' experience in social content creation, who's just as comfortable managing a client relationship and shaping content strategy as they are behind the edit - owning a content calendar end-to-end, briefing a photographer/videographer with confidence and editing independently while keeping a sharp eye on how platform algorithms actually work.
You'll also work closely with our Social Account Director on strategy development, with plenty of exposure to senior leadership along the way.
A typical week includes:
Managing your client accounts day-to-day: acting as their go-to for social, keeping the relationship strong and making sure every piece of content ladders back to their goals.
Generating content strategy for each client - content calendar planning and campaign sequencing across pre-launch, launch and beyond,



spotting trends and adapting them to a property context.
Editing long-form footage from our in-house content team into multiple short-form cuts in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut.
Designing basic graphic assets - static tiles, carousels, on-brand templates - in Figma or Canva, alongside your video edits, plus motion graphics basics (text overlays, stats, callouts) in After Effects, backed by solid sound design and an ear for trending audio.
Briefing our photography/videography team clearly on what an edit needs and using good judgement on when a quick native clip will do the job instead.
Capturing confident, fast phone content yourself - site visits, display suite walk-throughs, BTS and trend clips - with solid framing, natural light and basic stabilisation.
Writing captions and on-screen copy and presenting content performance, content strategy and ideas directly to clients.
Our ideal person:
Has 2-4 years' experience in social content creation or a similar role
Is confident managing client accounts and relationships and comfortable owning that seat directly




Can develop and set content strategy for a client - not just execute someone else's plan - and is keen to build on this alongside our Social Account Director
Owns a content calendar end-to-end and knows how to brief a photographer/videographer clearly
Can edit independently and confidently in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut, with After Effects basics
Can turn ideas into basic graphic design assets in Figma or Canva, not just video - Figma experience is a bonus if you have it, as you'll be using it in this role
Is platform-native across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok on occasion, with a sharp eye for trends
Understands platform algorithms and how content performance ties back to campaign outcomes
Is a confident copywriter, comfortable owning captions and on-screen text
Has good judgement on when a moment needs a full production setup vs. a quick native clip
Is comfortable on camera occasionally for presenter-style content
Is client-facing and confident presenting content performance, content strategy and ideas directly to clients
