Servicing US & AUS companies - may be required for 7am starts weekly

That's exactly what this hire is about: going deeper with clients who already trust the platform, and making sure they get more value ,and use more of it,over time.
THE ROLE
This is a client-facing role for someone who understands the rhythm of B2B accounts and can sit comfortably between engineering, data and design, translating it all for the people paying the licence fee.
You'll be the connective tissue on your accounts, coordinating deliverables,



keeping timelines honest, and making sure nothing falls in the gap between product and client.
You'll act as a producer as much as an account manager: pulling together the moving parts of a project, chasing the right people, and telling the story of the platform's impact in a way clients actually understand and get excited about.
You'll know your accounts well enough to spot where there's more value to unlock, and you'll have the charisma and commercial nous to turn that into upsell, more platform usage, more paid media spend, more seats,without it ever feeling like a hard sell.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Partner, or Producer within a B2B environment
Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, data, and design teams
A track record of growing accounts through upsell or expansion
Robust storytelling and client communication skills, able to translate technical, platform-led work into business value
