Daily reconciliations of investment portfolios to counter-parties and clients;
Production of daily cash flow reports;
Portfolio reportingfor Fund Managersand clients;
Compliance monitoring and reporting;
Business process improvement and operations optimisation;
Technology support; and
The Successful Candidate:
Working knowledge of OMS/PMA environments is desired, with BBG AIMS/Eze experience preferred;
Experience performing daily trade operations, including the use of platforms such as CTM/Traiana/GTSS for trade matching;
Experience performing holdings/NAV and cash reconciliation across both fund vehicles and segregated accounts;
Strong asset class knowledge, with a focus on global equities, FX, and fixed income;
Understanding of different fund structures and local regulatory requirements;
Experience with building robust relationship with internal and external stakeholders; and
Excel VBA and Python skills highly desirable, with a desire to optimise processes and improve middle office services.
