Lead Cryptography Security Engineer | KMS & HSM
Lead enterprise cryptographic engineering across secure ICT environments, designing and supporting Key Management Systems (KMS), Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), PKI and encryption services.
This Canberra-based role is onsite, with regular WFH unable to be accommodated.

12 months, with possible 2 x 12-month extensions

Essential Tasks
Design, deploy and configure enterprise KMS infrastructure and cryptographic services.
Manage cryptographic key lifecycles, HSMs, PKI, encryption and certificate services.
Integrate cryptographic capabilities across cloud, hybrid-cloud and on-premises environments.
Conduct security assurance, risk analysis, hardening and vulnerability remediation.
Key Criteria




SFIA Level 5 capability in cryptographic engineering within secure enterprise environments.
Strong expertise across KMS, HSMs, PKI, encryption and key lifecycle management.
Experience with security risk, assurance, accreditation and vulnerability management.
Solid stakeholder engagement and ability to provide specialist technical security advice.
