We are currently seeking a
Production Kitchen Cook
to join our team on a consistent Monday to Friday roster, working
5:00am to 1:00pm
.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for stable hours, predictable shifts and a better work-life balance than many traditional hospitality roles.

What You'll Do
Prepare and batch cook a variety of wet dishes for our café and retail operations
Portion, label, date and stage products for later shifts
Work to daily production schedules and deadlines




Maintain HACCP, food safety and allergen control requirements
Complete FIFO stock rotation, temperature monitoring and quality checks
Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced food production environment and takes pride in producing quality food every day.
You'll Ideally Have
Previous experience in bulk cooking or food production
Experience working in a café, canteen, food truck, commercial kitchen or similar environment
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A reliable and punctual work ethic
Pride in producing consistent, high-quality food
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or relevant commercial kitchen experience will be highly regarded.
