What You'll Be Doing
Own and lead complex
.NET and Azure
solutions (AWS experience highly valued)
Define cloud-native architectures and guide implementation
Lead sprint planning, showcases, and technical decision-making
Drive CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and early-life support
Ensure engineering standards, quality, and best practices are consistently applied
Collaborate with client SMEs and third-party vendors as required
Lead and mentor engineers (up to Senior level)
Hold regular one-on-ones, provide coaching, and support career development
Gather and provide meaningful performance feedback
Contribute to engineering planning, guilds, and technical forums




Support technical pre-sales activities and solution shaping
Provide accurate estimates and sizing with a robust commercial lens
Contribute technical expertise to proposals, statements of work, and client discussions
