Senior ProjectScheduler | Integrated Scheduling

Lead complex project and program delivery with a strong focus on integrated scheduling, critical path analysis, risk management and senior stakeholder engagement. The role requires onsite attendance in the ACT for the first 6 weeks before a hybrid arrangement may be considered.

Location: ACT
n Work Arrangement: Onsite for the first 6 weeks, then hybrid flexible working may be considered
n Contract Duration: Up to 12 months
n Security Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain and maintain Baseline clearance

Essential Tasks
n

Lead the development and management of complex integrated project and program schedules.
n
Monitor critical paths, dependencies, milestones and delivery risks across multiple workstreams.
n
Provide strategic advice to senior executives on scheduling, resourcing, risks and issues.
n
Lead stakeholder collaboration, change control and continuous improvement of scheduling practices.
n

Key Criteria
n
n
Solid project management expertise delivering complex projects, including governance, risk, change control and financial management.
n
Advanced capability in integrated scheduling, schedule performance analysis and automated scheduling and reporting tools.
n
Demonstrated organisational change management expertise across large and complex initiatives.
n
Strong stakeholder relationship, requirements management and influential communication capability.
