Senior Transport Planner
Work Type: Ongoing Full Time
Location: Melbourne - East
About The Role
The primary purpose of the role is to utilise competence in transport engineering to assist planners to assess planning permit referrals for land use developments affecting the operation of the transport network of various complexities and respond to planning referrals and enquiries in line with statutory timeframes under the Planning & Environment Act **** and Subdivision Act ****.

Qualifications And Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (Transport Engineering) or related discipline
Pre-employment checks and employment conditions
Relevant pre-employment screening and reference checks will be required.
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.
Recipients of Victorian Public Service (VPS) voluntary departure packages should note that re-employment restrictions apply.
