Lead strategic direction and governance for a respected Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation. Manage executive operations, oversee financial sustainability, and expand community partnerships to drive high-quality, culturally secure services across the Kimberley.

Duties

Execute, monitor, and update the strategic plan
n
Advise the Board on governance, risk, and finance
n
Guide executive leaders to maintain strong workplace accountability
n
Oversee financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation
n
Build partnerships with Aboriginal communities, Elders, and government bodies
n
n
The Leader We're Looking For
n
n
Degree in Business, Management, Social Work, or relevant discipline
n
Senior executive leadership experience in NFP or community sectors
n
Track record managing finances, budgets, and long-term sustainability
n
Expertise driving business growth, grants, and contract management
n
Proven ability leading teams through complex governance and compliance
n
n
In recognition of the importance of this executive leadership prospect,



you'll receive a competitive remuneration package including:

Base Salary ranging from $180,000 - $200,000 PLUS Super
n
Relocation Assistance up to $10,000 for the right candidate
n
Annual Housing Allowance up to $50,000
n
Fully maintained 4WD with private use throughout the Kimberley
n
