You will work closely with our customers and branch team to provide exceptional service, while also supporting our warehouse and delivery functions.
n
A Typical Day Will Involve
n
n
Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to a wide range of electrical trades and commercial customers
n
Assisting customers in the showroom, over the phone and via email
n
Responding to customer enquiries, preparing quotes and processing sales orders
n




Building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to recommend suitable products and solutions
n
Supporting the sales team with product availability, pricing, order updates and follow-up
n
Processing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
Receiving, checking and booking in incoming stock and purchase ordersPicking and packing customer orders
n
Loading and unloading deliveries safely
n
Maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting stocktakes
n
Keeping the showroom, warehouse and surrounding areas clean, safe and well organised
n
Completing deliveries in a safe and courteous manner while complying with all road rules
n
Contributing to our robust safety culture and following all workplace health and safety procedures
