Job Description
Australiance in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join the team as 2IC to the Principal Geotechnical Engineer, with a transparent path to Principal within 1–2 years. The role is hands-on, technically demanding, and involves detailed design leadership, mentoring, and active site involvement.

The successful candidate will lead design on multiple projects, mentor graduates, and deliver IFC-quality reports with credibility with clients and on-site teams.
