Job Description
Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults aged 9-25 across Joondalup and West Perth. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, deliver therapy in homes, schools and community settings, and coordinate NDIS funded packages.

The role requires a relevant tertiary qualification and registration, with 2+ years of experience and a drive to improve outcomes for youth with disabilities. A flexible, billable-target oriented workplace awaits.
