We're looking for a Safety Partner to join our Channel team based at Electrona on a max-term contract until June ****.

What you'll do
n

Coach leaders to own safety outcomes
n
Support risk management and action plans
n
Guide practical use of safety systems
n
Help with investigations, audits and reporting
n
Turn safety insights into meaningful action
n
n
You won't be stuck behind a desk or there to simply tick boxes; you'll be out with the teams,



helping solve problems and keeping safety practical.
n
What you'll bring
n
You're a safety professional who enjoys working with people, understands operational environments and can turn safety requirements into real-world actions.
n
You'll be confident building relationships, asking good questions and helping leaders take ownership of safety without making it harder than it needs to be.
n
Ideally, you'll have
n
n
3–5 years in safety, WHS or HSE
n
Diploma in WHS or similar
n
Good knowledge of safety legislation
n
Experience influencing operational leaders
n
Strong communication and coaching skills
n
n
