Job Description
H&R; Block Australia is seeking an experienced contact centre qualified to step into a hands-on Assistant Team Leader role in Moonee Ponds. This in-office position combines customer service with day-to-day leadership support, reporting to the Team Leader and Contact Centre Manager.

You will guide the team, monitor performance, coach colleagues, handle inbound and outbound calls, and ensure service standards are met.
