Hawthorn, Melbourne | Permanent | $120k–$130k Package

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Paraplanner/Paraplanning Manager to step into a leadership-focused role within an established financial planning business.
n
This position will see you take ownership of paraplanning workflow across the wider advice team while providing leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to an offshore paraplanning team.

The Role
n
n
Managing and coordinating paraplanning workflow across the advice team
n
Mentoring, developing and supporting the offshore paraplanning team
n
Reviewing Statements of Advice and other advice documentation to ensure quality and accuracy
n
Allocating work and managing priorities, deadlines and service standards
n
Providing technical guidance on complex advice strategies
n
Acting as the key link between advisers and the offshore paraplanning function
n
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and quality across the paraplanning function
n




Supporting the wider advice team to deliver a consistently high standard of client service
n

About You
n
n
7+ years' paraplanning experience within financial advice
n
Previous management, team leadership or mentoring experience
n
Demonstrated experience working with and managing an offshore paraplanning team
n
Strong technical knowledge across financial advice strategies and documentation
n
Excellent workflow and stakeholder management skills
n
High attention to detail and a strong understanding of advice quality and complianceThe confidence to mentor others and work closely with experienced Financial Advisers
n
