Job Description
The Earlham Institute is seeking a postdoctoral computational biologist to lead the computational core of a three-year protist omics project. You will drive long-read and single-cell genome and transcriptome assembly across diverse protist species, architect novel computational methods, and build reproducible workflows.

You will develop software pipelines, collaborate with international partners, supervise students where appropriate, and publish findings at conferences.
