genU is looking for a strategic and people-focused National Manager - Behaviour Support to lead our national Behaviour Support team. You'll help shape quality practice, support great outcomes for participants, and build a strong, capable workforce across Australia.

What you'll do
n
As National Manager - Behaviour Support in our Disability and Ageing team, you'll:
n
n
Lead and support a national team of Behaviour Support leaders and practitioners
n
Shape and drive the strategic direction of Behaviour Support services
n
Strengthen clinical governance, practice quality and participant outcomes
n
Manage service growth, performance and financial sustainabilityEnsure compliance with NDIS requirements, safeguarding standards and best practice
n
Partner with operational leaders to improve access and participant experience
n
n
What you'll bring
n
n
Significant leadership experience in Behaviour Support, disability, allied health or specialist practice services
n
Strong knowledge of NDIS Behaviour Support requirements, restrictive practices and safeguarding obligations
n
Proven success leading national-scale services, driving growth and strategic outcomes
n




Experience leading multidisciplinary or geographically dispersed teams
n
The ability to balance quality outcomes, commercial performance and workforce engagement
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Human Services or a related field
n

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
