Arcadis is seeking a Senior Design Manager with highways and infrastructure expertise to lead complex multidisciplinary projects across transport. You will apply your deep roads engineering knowledge and digital delivery know-how to drive quality, schedule, and client outcomes in Australia.
You will mentor teams, manage stakeholders, pursue design opportunities, and ensure delivery meets Arcadis standards. Chartered engineer status and ~20+ years' experience are preferred.
